TAIPEI AREA FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT 2.0

I collaborated with Anchor Film on an animated informational video for the Water Resources Agency in Taiwan, promoting the Taipei Area Flood Control Project 2.0. As the illustrator, I created the complete suite of visual elements and graphic assets for the animation team to bring the storytelling to life.
